Organizational Assessments
Management Vision, P.C. will develop a customized organizational assessment to help the organization understand its present corporate culture. This process is developed with the input of all levels of the organization to give management a clearer picture of organizational effectiveness and acts as a springboard for meaningful and lasting change.
The customized organizational assessment can be applied organization-wide or in specific workgroups at management’s discretion.
