Thanks for your comment. I have been trying to recover from some surgery and am now getting caught up.
The answer to your question is I have a M.S. in Organizational Psychology, am a business consultant, and am working on my PhD. So, I read a lot and love sharing what I learn. If you have need for recommended readings, I would be happy to make suggestions.
